We are searching for an innovative and experienced Digital Medical Marketing Manager to implement BioGaia´s digital marketing efforts in the dietary supplements industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in medical marketing, a thorough understanding of the digital landscape, hands-on experience operating across multiple channels and platforms, and the ability to navigate international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote BioGaias probiotic products in international markets, while also developing global digital medical marketing program.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of medically accurate and engaging content tailored for various HCP target groups and communication platforms including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
- SEO/SEM: Implement and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic reach and drive targeted traffic to digital channels.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, ensuring strategies are data-driven and market-specific.
- Campaign Management: Design, launch, and manage marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC), social media advertising, and influencer collaborations.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using tools like Google Analytics and prepare regular reports to measure success and ROI.
- Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Medical Marketing Manager, Education & Events Manager, Scientific Affairs and Regulatory Affairs. Alongside Local Direct Market to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Project Management: Coordinate project timelines, resources & deliverables, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Digital Education: Design & implement innovative digital education programs, leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences & outcomes.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience, within the healthcare or pharmaceuticals industry.
- Proven experience from Medical Marketing.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Skills
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comprehend the mechanisms of navigating an international market.
Technical Proficiency
- Proficient in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics software (Google Analytics).
- Experience with content management systems (CMS – WordPress/Shopify), SEO tools (SEMRush), and social media management platforms (Meta Business Manager).
Desirable
- Experience in probiotics or food
- Familiarity with Japanese/Asian business culture
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance in global/Asian markets.
