Dividend policy
BioGaia’s dividend policy is to pay a shareholder dividend equal to 50 percent of profit after tax in the Group excluding non-recurring items. In addition to the current dividend policy, for the coming years BioGaia intends to pay extra dividends of 50 to 100 percent of profit after tax in the Group and after adjustment of non-recuring items, provided that the future cash flows are in line with BioGaia’s projections.
