Remuneration Committee

The Board has appointed a Remuneration Committee to prepare recommendations for the remuneration and other terms of employment for the CEO and other senior executives who together make up the Executive Management. The principles for remuneration to senior executives are resolved on by the AGM. The Remuneration Committee prepares its recommendations based on these principles.
