BioGaia Production AB
BioGaia Production is a wholly owned subsidiary of BioGaia AB that manufactures the company's products, primarily drops, easydropper, minipack och product samples. BioGaia Production is certified according to the appropriate standard for good manufacturing practice (GMP) by the Swedish Medical Products Agency. Adjacent to the production facilities is also BioGaia's new laboratory, Centre of Excellence.
The board of directors of BioGaia AB and Metabogen AB have decided that BioGaia AB trough merger shall assume all of Metabogen’s rights and obligations. A merger plan has been prepared between the companies in accordance with Chapter 23, section 28 of the Companies Act. BioGaia AB intends to apply for authorisation to implement the merger plan.
