BioGaia – A great place to work

BioGaia’s aim is to be an attractive employer who can recruit new talent and retain the right skills in the company. To acknowledge our efforts in creating a good workplace BioGaia has participated in an evaluation called “Great Place to Work”. This has included an employee survey as well as an audit of our corporate culture.

Receiving this certification means we fulfil the demands set by Great Place to Work^® in all areas reviewed in the culture audit as well as in the employee survey (Trust Index). Being certified is a visible proof that our organization is perceived as a great place to work by our employees. Most of all this is a proof and a reminder that BioGaia has a corporate culture to be proud of and cherish.
