Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy.
- Branding strategy.
- Communication strategy, balancing scientific communication to HCPs and direct business/partner support with D2C online/ social media / digital marketing presence.
- Marketing Material: Product concepts, toolkits and events.
- Market intelligence.
- Partner and direct market support.
- Manage marketing spend in line with budgets and timelines.
- Develop strong partnerships in key lead markets.
- Manage relationships with relevant stakeholders and external service providers.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Bachelor´s degree in marketing, economics, business, or related field. Master’s degree in business preferred.
- International marketing experience from the dermatology/cosmetic market, min 5 years.
- Experience in global brand building.
- Proven track record and business acumen.
- Experience with digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience with scientific communication, events and education of healthcare professionals.
- Experience in managing PR/ advertising agencies.
- Ability to lead, within and outside of a team.
- Experience from small, fast-growing organisations.
- Ability to navigate easily between strategic issues and operational tasks.
- Able to travel internationally.
- Fluent English is required, and additional languages are a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to build bridges across a broader multicultural organisation and externally.
