Clinical Trial Manager

Responsibilities include:

• Design and manage clinical trials from inception to publication, adhering to scientific and practical principles and in line with the company’s clinical strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing functions and other stakeholders to optimize the design of clinical trials.
• Contribute to the development of the clinical strategy, leveraging your expertise in clinical evaluation.
• Interact with and manage external Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and regulatory agencies.
• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinical investigators relevant to clinical strategy and trials.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences (Microbiology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, etc.) or Medical Degree, preferably with specialization in dermatology.
• Strong focus on clinical evaluation of probiotics or experience in dermatology preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical development experience in an industrial/company environment.
• Profound knowledge of clinical trials.
• Relevant local and international scientific network.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey scientific concepts and their business relevance to diverse audiences.
• Exceptional networking and social skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Strong team player with flexibility to work in a multicultural environment.
• Willingness to collaborate across the company for the advancement of company goals.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in other languages is a bonus.
