Responsibilities include:
- Design and manage clinical trials from inception to publication, adhering to scientific and practical principles and in line with the company’s clinical strategy.
- Collaborate with Marketing functions and other stakeholders to optimize the design of clinical trials.
- Contribute to the development of the clinical strategy, leveraging your expertise in clinical evaluation.
- Interact with and manage external Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and regulatory agencies.
- Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinical investigators relevant to clinical strategy and trials.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences (Microbiology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, etc.) or Medical Degree, preferably with specialization in dermatology.
- Strong focus on clinical evaluation of probiotics or experience in dermatology preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical development experience in an industrial/company environment.
- Profound knowledge of clinical trials.
- Relevant local and international scientific network.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey scientific concepts and their business relevance to diverse audiences.
- Exceptional networking and social skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong team player with flexibility to work in a multicultural environment.
- Willingness to collaborate across the company for the advancement of company goals.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in other languages is a bonus.
